It consists of 19 hospital beds in nine rooms (B1-B8 in B13). In the rooms B3 in B5-B8, patients allocated from the Centre for extrapyramidal disorders and from the Centre for cognitive impairments are usually hospitalized. In the rooms B1, B2, B4 in B13 patients with immune diseases of the central and the peripheral nervous system and patients referred from neurological emergency unit are hospitalized.

Head of the Ward is Associate Professor Uroš Rot, MD, Ph.D and the head nurse is Neža Pirih. Associate Professor Maja Trošt, MD, Ph.D., Nina Zupančič-Križnar, MD, Janez Žumer MD and Milica Gregorič Kramberger, MD are attached physicians to the ward.
